I am interested in the ecological and evolutionary factors that impact host-pathogen interactions, and how these factors scale to affect population and ecosystem-level disease dynamics. My research combines multi-disciplinary tools (e.g., phylogenetics, ecology, genomics, immunology, and parasitology) with computational models to understand host-pathogen associations and basic biological principles.
